These terms cover this website, the Zero to Hero app, and the 1:1 Discovery Call and coaching services offered through Nekh's Language Blueprint. Reading them takes about three minutes. If you use any of the above, you accept them.
Who we are
A Norwegian sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak / ENK), registered as Johansen Studio in Norway. Trading as Nekh's Language Blueprint.
Using this website
You can read anything on this site, share links to it, and quote short passages with credit. You can't republish the content wholesale, resell it, or pass it off as your own.
The 200-Word Base PDF and the newsletter are free. You get them by giving us your email address. You can unsubscribe any time.
Buying the Zero to Hero app
The app is sold as a one-off purchase at the price shown on the product card at the time of your order. Access is granted automatically to the email address you paid with, once payment clears. You log in at nekhslanguageblueprint.com with the same email address to reach the app.
The methodology works if you work through it. We don't guarantee a specific fluency outcome by a specific date. Language acquisition depends on your consistency, your starting point, your target language, and how much content you engage with alongside the app.
Buying a Discovery Call
A Discovery Call is a 60-minute one-to-one session with Nekh. You pick your slot as part of the booking itself; payment happens through Cal.com's Stripe integration at the moment you confirm the time. If Nekh reschedules or cancels, you get a new slot at no charge or a full refund, your choice. If you need to reschedule, see the refund policy below — rebook is free up to 48 hours before the session; inside that window, the slot counts as used.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site, in the app, and in the coaching material, including the 250-word methodology, the word lists, the app UI, and the written content, belongs to Nekh's Language Blueprint. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own language learning. You don't get the right to redistribute it, resell it, or use it to train commercial content of your own.
What we don't promise
We don't promise the site or the app will be free of bugs, available 24/7, or compatible with every device. We fix things when they break. If a bug blocks you from using something you paid for, tell us and we'll sort it or refund per the refund policy.
We don't provide legal, medical, or financial advice. The methodology is a language-learning approach, not a substitute for professional guidance in any other domain.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of using this site, the app, or the coaching is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability we can't legally exclude, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute goes to the Norwegian courts. Your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian law and, if you're resident in the EEA, the consumer laws of your country of residence, apply on top of these terms and are not affected by them.
Changes
We can change these terms. If we make material changes, we'll flag them in the newsletter and bump the date at the top. Continuing to use the site or the app after that counts as accepting the new version.
