Privacy

We collect the minimum data we need to run this business and nothing else. This page tells you exactly what that is.

What we collect

Your email address, if you enter it into the signup form on this site to receive the 200-Word Base and the weekly newsletter.

Payment details, if you buy the Zero to Hero app or a Discovery Call. We don't see your card number. Stripe processes the payment and returns confirmation to us. We store the confirmation, not the card.

Basic technical data your browser sends whenever you visit any website: IP address, browser type, pages viewed. Netlify (our host) logs this for reliability and abuse protection. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on this site.

Anything you send us by email, including replies to the newsletter. We keep those in the inbox so we can read and reply. We don't scan them or feed them into any other system.

What we don't collect

Cookies for tracking. Behavioural profiles. Cross-site identifiers. Anything sold to a third party. If you want to check, open the developer tools on any page of this site and inspect the network tab.

Who processes your data on our behalf

How long we keep it

Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing removes you from MailerLite within 24 hours.

Payment records are kept for 5 years, matching Norwegian bookkeeping law (Bokføringsloven § 13), to satisfy tax and accounting requirements.

Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent laws in the UK, EEA, and California, you can:

Email hello@nekhslanguageblueprint.com and we'll action any of the above within 30 days.

Data controller

This site is operated by Nekh's Language Blueprint, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (ENK), registered as Johansen Studio in Norway. The registered address on file with the Norwegian business register (Brønnøysundregistrene) is the correspondence address for data-controller matters.

Changes

If we update this page, we'll bump the date at the top and note what changed. Material changes to how we handle data get flagged in the next newsletter.
