Refund policy

Short version: the app is refundable once you've actually used it enough to know whether the method works for you, up to four months from purchase. Discovery calls are rebookable if you give us enough notice. The specifics are below.

The Zero to Hero app

Refund is available if you've completed at least 10 sessions and you're still within 4 months of your purchase date. Both conditions must be met.

Why the 10-session floor: the method is a system, not a demo. Refunding after two sessions tells us nothing about whether the method works for you — it tells us you didn't run the method. 10 sessions is the point where you've been through enough of the loop to know.

Why the 4-month window: 4 months is enough time to complete the full system almost 2.5 times over. If it hasn't landed for you inside that window, refund is fair. Past that, the product is doing what it's designed to do and you've had time to make it work.

Before 10 sessions completed, or after 4 months from purchase, refund isn't available.

To request a refund, email hello@nekhslanguageblueprint.com from the address you used to buy. We check your session count against your account, confirm eligibility, and refund to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

The Discovery Call

If Nekh reschedules or cancels, you get a new slot at no charge or a full refund, your choice.

If you need to reschedule and it's 48 or more hours before your session, rebooking is free — pick a new slot in the same booking flow.

If you need to cancel or reschedule inside the 48-hour window, or don't show up, the slot counts as used and there's no rebook.

There's no cash refund on a Discovery Call — rebook is the resolution path.

The coaching retainer

If the retainer is running and you decide to stop, you can cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. You'll be charged for the current billing cycle in full and nothing beyond that. If a scheduled session in the current cycle can't be delivered because Nekh cancels, that session refunds pro-rata or moves to the next cycle at your choice.

What we don't refund

Time you've spent on the material. Any language progress you did or didn't make. Situations where the product worked as described and you changed your mind after the refund window.

If something goes wrong

Bugs that block access, payment errors, double charges, receipts you can't find. Email hello@nekhslanguageblueprint.com and we'll sort it. This is separate from the refund conditions above; a broken product isn't a change of mind.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of Norway. Your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian law and, if you're resident in the EEA, the consumer laws of your country of residence, apply on top of anything on this page and are not affected by it.
